Gourmet breakfasts can be served in the formal dining room of the main house, in your cottage, or within the gardens. Local produce, free range eggs, fruit and vegetables from the garden, and attention to detail ensure a delightful start to the day. Menus change by the season, and special dietary requirements can be catered for

 Baked Croissant, served with smoked salmon, a lightly poached egg; fresh from our chooks, and hollandaise sauce

Fresh, seasonal soup, made from local Valley produce

Fawkes House Pate, served with melba toast

Bruschetta, local tomatoes, shallots and garlic, drizzled with fine olive oil served on grain bread.

Herb Crusted Baked Salmon, served with a choice of local vegetables or garden salad

Free range Chicken Breasts, stuffed with brie and sun dried tomatoes, served with seasonal local vegetables

Vegetarian Frittata, free range eggs, brie, local seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs, served with a garden salad

Eton Mess, a concoction of homemade meringue, seasonal fresh fruit, rich cream layers

Crème Brulee, prepared using fresh eggs from our chooks, served with seasonal caramelized fruits
