Program 2: (3 Day Weekend)
The Spa Body Treatments in this program have been created to nurture the body, mind and soul. The products utilised throughout the treatments contain some of natures most exquisite essences from beautiful fragrant flowers and delicate sweet fruits that when combined create a heady, floral aroma that is deeply relaxing, calming, and nurturing. Beautiful organic treatment oils, intensive vitamin serums, gentle pink clays and hot volcanic stones all combine to make this program one of absolute bliss.
Friday: Hot Stone Massage
Relax, unwind and be transported to another dimension with our 90 minute Hahana Hot Stone Massage. Your journey begins with warm exotic coconut oil being drizzled onto the body. Next, we take volcanic stones which have been smoothed over thousands of years by gently flowing currents of water. Then, in a firm and rhythmic massage sequence, the stones release their energies deep into the muscles, dissolving any tension and stress. . A sensory experience to harmonise the body, mind and spirit.
Saturday: Intense Hydro-Lipid Facial & H2o Intensive Pedi-Treatment
Dehydrated and de-lipidized skin requires intense nutrition in order to be restored, strengthened and rejuvenated. The Intense Hydro-Lipid Facial utilises a highly nourishing vitamin serum and hydrating Nutritive Moisture Mask to deliver an enriching treatment designed to assist in restoring the skins natural hydro-lipid balance. This facial will leave the skin glowing with hydration.
H2O Intensive is a stimulating and hydrating foot treatment designed to soften, soothe, hydrate and restore tired and overworked feet. The key to this superb treatment is the hydrating foot mask. This light-textured mask contains highly nourishing and healing oils to assist in the hydration of the skin. The aroma and properties of the essential oils used throughout this treatment are invigorating and uplifting for both mind and sole.
Sunday: Lotus Massage & Signature Head Massage
Wrap the senses in the sweet, heady, floral aroma of the Lotus Treatment Oil whilst you enjoy this relaxing, nurturing massage that works on the light tissue and muscles of the body. The Lotus Massage is a wonderful massage for calming nerves, releasing tension and improving overall circulation. Our exquisite Signature Head Massage follows offering the opportunity for complete relaxation.

“I booked the Weight Loss Wellness Programme at Fawkes House having been stuck at a very
frustrating plateau in my weight loss efforts. I needed some professional and caring help, which was
abundantly provided in the programme personally tailored to my needs.
Caroline is a warm and generous host and provided delicious home‐cooked meals that didn’t feel at
all like a diet. The accommodation and surroundings at Fawkes House are comfortable and tranquil.
Paul, the naturopath, was understanding and supportive. The massages and body treatments left me
feeling very relaxed and well cared for. There’s no complicated eating plan or exercise routine to
follow so it has been very easy to maintain the progress that was kick‐started during my stay.
I am so pleased to report that the end result of all that pampering, combined with acupuncture and
natural supplements, is that I have lost 4.1kg in the four weeks since I went to Fawkes House. I am

With Fawkes House being so close to the city, some guests may prefer to maximize their Weekend Escape by leaving early Monday morning to go directly to work.
